Made from Aligoté grapes grown in Romain and Jean-Guillaume's family vineyard, this clean, crisp Bourgogne Aligoté 2022 offers refreshing citrus notes of lime, lemon, and green apple. Smooth in texture with medium acidity, the fruit brings a soft sweetness, balanced perfectly with a refreshing finish.
The grapes are directly pressed, fermented and aged in tank, and bottled after just 5 months. This natural wine is made with indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and no added sulfites. It's a wonderfully versatile apéritif white that reflects the purity of organic farming and the expertise of the Chapuis family.
An extremely versatile apèro white.
About the domaine:

Romain has vinified with Philippe Pacalet, who is Marcel Lapierre's nephew. Before that he went to Lebanon and Australia following his passion in other cellars.
