-Wine 1: "La Bulle" NV

100% Pinot Noir. Blanc de Noir. Vineyard and vines are in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune region (southern part of Bourgogne).

The wine is a "Méthode traditionnelle" with no added sulphites during the vinification and 10 mg/litre for the bottling. Very crisp, Champagne like bubble. Brioche & butter. Citrusy. Pinot Noir classic minerality and sharpness.

-Wine 2: Bourgogne Aligoté 2021

Made with Aligoté from Romain and Jean-Guillaume's family vineyard, directly pressed with fermentation and ageing in the tank and bottled after only 5 months. Clean and crisp the palette is refreshing with citrus notes of lime, lemon and green apple. Nicely balanced and not too tart – the fruit gives a soft sweetness. Smooth in texture with medium acidity, and lots of length.

-Wine 3: Bourgogne Hautes Coté de Beaune Rouge 2020

Aged for 4 months in old barrels. All the beauty. This wonderful cuvée without added sulphites, is the perfect solution of a noble Burgundy without paying through the roof.
