Part of the Sémillons is vinified in carbonic maceration, another in direct pressing and then matured in vats, the Chardonnay is matured in casks;
Will pair perfectly with a smoked snapper and crunchy vegetables.

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and low added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
