Pétillant naturel 2020 | Domaine de l'Iles Rouge

Just outside the South part of St Emilion on the right bank of Bordeaux, Antonin Jamois is cultivating 2 Ha of vines since 2015. He settled there after coming back from the island of Madagascar where he lived for a while.

In full respect of the nature, Antonin's wines are manually harvested and vinified without any additions.

This 2020 Pet Nat is made of 100% Merlot grape. Short fermentation and raised 8 month ' sur Latte' and then manually disgorge. This Pet Nat shows little raspberry fruit, delicate and highly drinkable. A real celebration wine.
