Festejar Pet Nat | LA BOHÈME (Patrick Bouju)

Without a doubt one of our favourite Sparkling wines. Patrick Bouju is one of the greats in the Natural Wine movement with Festejar being a global phenomenon and the vintage doesn't disappoint. A Gamay Pet Nat with notes of blackberry and cranberry, with a plummy finish and acidic twang.

Festejar is 100% Gamay d'Auvergne, from 120 year-old vines, which is fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts, then treated a la méthod ancestrale. It's fizzy, delicious, and one not too miss.
