Bianco Anfora 2019 | Lammidia

Anforas are back baby.

Dangerously drinkable, Bianco Anfora di Lammidia is fresh and mineral . After the harvest the grapes are de-stemmed manually and are left to ferment spontaneously in amphora in contact with the skins immersed  (with submerged cap) for 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine refines together with the fine lees for a further 10 months in the same receptacle.

Cloudy orange wine with some grip. Medium acidity with flavour of citrus, pineapple, nutmeg and saffron. The 2019 vintage is complex with a long tropical finish.
