The Lieu-dit de “Trausse” composed of filtering gravel and permeable on which the wines have a light structure difference from clay soils. It is a platter of flint and shallow sandstones, west of the village towards Caunes-Minervois. The label represents the three types of soils, flint, sandstone, limestones producing a supple wine.
Short maceration and de-stemmed harvest give to this wine the best representation of this specific area. The nose and his mouth fresh fruit is suitable for all kitchens, barbecues, kebabs, pretty meats and cold cuts. San Brès takes its name from the chapel of St Brice, martyr of times of the Romans who never denied their faith!
A product of nature that has begun to show its personality. Best appreciated in its youth for its fruitiness and smoothness. Serve it slightly chilled and enjoy it with a simple meal or dips.
Grapes from organic farming, natural yeast and low sulfites. Small filtration.
