-Wine 1: Pétillant Naturel
Superb Pet Nat from one of our favorite region, made with Gamay. Fresh and gourmet, this is an excellent natural sparkling wine based on Gamay Noir.
A light pink color with a fine and delicate bubble, digestible, fresh and on citrus fruits, raspberry, grenadine.
-Wine 2: Beaujolais Blanc
This wine comes from organically grown, 25 years old vine of chardonnay. A fruit-driven (peach/citrus) juicy wine. This is a fresh and soft chardonnay. With notes of ripe peach, citrus and buttermilk, here a fruit-driven and juicy wine. The grapes are pressed directly after harvest and fermented over 4 months in fiber glass tanks.

-Wine 3: "Pur Jus" Beaujolais Villages
This Beaujolais Villages 2020 from Xavier Bénier comes from the historical part of his family vineyard and been planted 75-years ago. Fresh red fruits and strawberry nose paired with spices. The palate is very juicy and complex with aromas of wild strawberries. The perfect red to pair with a friends meeting, an aperitif or a Chocolate dessert.
-Wine 4: Cote de Brouilly
Côtes de Brouilly is on the 10 "Crus" from Beaujolais (special terroir and underground) and make a terroir driven Gamay with deep notes of forest berries and warm stones.
It is part of the oldest vineyard in Beaujolais (dating back to the 12th century), with an exceptionally good orientation on the steep slopes of Mont Brouilly (South exposure). The subsoil consists of granite and schist, enabling the production of rich, full-bodied, deliciously fragrant wines. These distinguished wines, with a purple-crimson colour and aromas of fresh grapes and irises.
-Wine 5: Morgon "Les Charmes" 2018
Morgon is one of the 10 crus of the Beaujolais. A special terroir made up of decomposed rocks and brittle schists, Morgon is split between 6 distinct climats - Les Micouds, Corcelette, Douby, Les Grands Cras, Les Charmes and the most famous “Cote du Py”.
From the ‘Charmes’ plateau, these organic old vines of gamay yield magnificent, perfumed berries with firm skins. One of the best granite terroirs, with elegance and ‘drinkability.’ 2018, all about nuance, without excess, taking you on an olfactory journey.
Age of Vines: between 60 and 100 years
-Wine 6: Pinot
From clay and lime in Saint-Julien, Beaujolais. Refreshing young and fresh Pinot with green cool notes of unripe cherries, more ripe raspberries and minerals. Floral notes of violets, in an integrated wine with character. High acidity and juicy, ready to pour down. Elegance that brings out the wide smile!
