Top Natural Burgundy Chapuis Brothers

Two brothers from a family of winegrowers from Aloxe-Corton, passionate about gastronomy, wine and the terroir, decided to combine their skills in order to offer the wines they had dreamed of for a long time. They founded the Chapuis Frères house in the heart of the village of Pommard in 2009.

Since then they have been producing wines in the respect of Mother Nature, less intervention, low addition and let the terroir and vintage speak from itself with the grape as the messenger.

If you're not sure where to start, both Bertrand + Romain are excellent at recommending something to suit your personal taste.

This mix of Glou Glou Natural + Organic wines is perfect for this end of winter.

This mixed 3 pack changes on a regular basis and completely depends on the mood and flavours we are into at any given time.

WINE 1 - Xavier Benier Gamay Pet Nat NV  -

Superb Pet Nat from one of our favourite region, made with Gamay.  Fresh and gourmet, this is an excellent natural sparkling wine based on Gamay Noir.A light pink colour with a fine and delicate bubble, digestible, fresh and on citrus fruits, raspberry, grenadine.

WINE 2 - Domaine des Grandes Esperances - Roi Soleil 2018

Wine with a superb, golden yellow sheen, hence its name. The Roi Soleil develops very complex exotic fruit, vanilla and acacia notes on the nose. Smooth and delicious on the palate, and blessed with very mineral, vibrant length

WINE 3 - Passione Natura Abruzzo Axioma 2020

It is a pure Montepulciano fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance freshness and fragrance on the intact fruit. The intense violet ruby colour invite you to discover the varietal aromas which remembers red fruits and sour black cherries with hints of wild berries. It has a great structure and concentration, wonderfully sustained from a good acidity.
