FREE DELIVERY: AUCKLAND METRO 15 KM RADIUS I NATIONWIDE FROM 6 bottles 

Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand. Our deliveries out of Auckland central are made by trusted third party carriers. Deliveries require a signature. You should keep your delivery note and any packaging if any order is missing or damaged.

If delivery address is unattended during delivery – we will do our best to leave the parcel in a protected and safe area – if we cannot find a proper safe area for your item to be left, we will leave a note to suggest best re-delivering day and time.

For Auckland Central, delivery times are set to be done between 9am and 1pm on Monday – Wednesday and Friday. All local orders received on a delivery day before 10 am will be delivered the same day. All local orders received after 10am will be delivered on the next delivery day.

We reserve the right to change the date of delivery at any time – we will endeavour to communicate with our customers the alternative date as soon as possible.

 

 

Delivery fees:

  • Auckland:

-All orders with in 15 km radius from Eden Terrace will be FREE DELIVERY (NO MINIMUM ORDER)

-All orders for Auckland region out of the 15km radius above $100 will be FREE DELIVERY

-All orders for Auckland region out of the 15km radius below $100 will be delivered with a $5 charge

  • Nationwide

-All order of above 6 bottles will be send with local Courrier Post with NO charge

-All order with below 6 bottles will be sent with a $10 charge

Cancellation, Breakage, Refund

At Bare, all the wines we purchase must meet our own exacting standards. They are shipped here in refrigerated containers and stored in our insulated warehouse, where temperature fluctuations are minimal. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us on contact@barewine.co.nz and we will look to remedy the problem immediately.

Faulty wines (corked, oxidised etc) will be replaced where possible, otherwise refunded. Picking errors or goods damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours so that we can replace or correct. Please keep the damaged bottles as we’ll need  those to discuss the incident with our couriers.

For any cancellation, refund or breakage please be in touch within 48h after delivery date-
