Domaine Aspras is located in Correns, known as the first organic village in France, and is run by the Latz family. The cuvées “À Lisa” pay tribute to Lisa Latz, whose life reflects key moments of the 20th century and for whom the estate was a place of welcome alongside her husband, Gottfried.
À Lisa Rosé shows a clear, bright, pale pink colour with subtle raspberry reflections. The nose is expressive and vibrant, marked by rich red-berry aromas — strawberry, raspberry and cherry. On the palate, the wine is ample and gourmand, with a refreshing, mouth-watering finish.
Made from Grenache and Cinsault, the wine undergoes a short maceration followed by a gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation at low temperature helps preserve the purity of fruit, and the wine is finished with a light fining and natural sedimentation clarification.
