Domaine Aspras is located in Correns, known as the first organic village in France, and is run by the Latz family. The cuvées “À Lisa” pay tribute to Lisa Latz, whose life reflects key moments of the 20th century and for whom the estate was a place of welcome alongside her husband, Gottfried.
À Lisa Blanc is made from Rolle and Ugni Blanc, harvested and vinified with a careful approach that includes destemming, a light saignée and low-temperature fermentation. Vineyard work is focused on limiting yields to under 65 hl/ha.
The wine shows a clear, bright pale-yellow colour with green reflections, and an intense nose marked by cédrat, jasmine and white fruits like pear. On the palate, a lively, acid-driven tension gives the wine a clean, harmonious profile.
