We're tucked down the lane at 49 Brown Street, just off the main road in Ponsonby/Grey Lynn. Bare Wine Cellar is a small, relaxed space where we focus on good wine, simple food, and a warm atmosphere.
We have a large selection of wines—over 350 bottles from New Zealand and abroad—with a focus on natural, organic, and low-intervention styles. You’re welcome to come in for a glass, a casual tasting flight, or even a blind flight if you're up for something fun.

We’re open :
Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 till 8pm
Thursday to Saturday from 4 till 10pm
Each table available for a two-hour session.
Please note that booking made on the day after 6pm might not be seen by the team. We will always do our best to accomodate.
Our food menu is short but made with care. We work with a few local suppliers to put together easy, seasonal plates that go well with what’s in your glass.
