A pure expression of Chenin Blanc from a sandy-clay plateau in Chinon, Les Chaineaux is a beautifully fresh, vibrant wine. The delicate balance of citrus and orchard fruits is complemented by a subtle minerality from the calcareous soils.

Vinified naturally: hand-harvested, meticulous sorting, 50% of the grapes undergo maceration for 2 days, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in demi-muids without added sulfur. This wine’s purity and complexity make it a standout.
