From one of Chinon’s most renowned terroirs, Les Picasses is a rare and refined expression of Cabernet Franc. Its vibrant acidity highlights redcurrant notes, while balsamic hints emerge on the finish. The tannins are present yet already beautifully polished.

Naturally vinified: hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, native yeasts, no added sulfur, aged 12 months in Burgundy barrels followed by 12 months in bottle. A structured, age-worthy Chinon with depth and elegance.
