This intense and fresh wine, really fruity will perform very well on a table and will keep well too. Direct pressing and aged for 9 months in demi-muids. Splendid !
The estate of 6 hectares owned by Isabelle and Jeremy Decoster Coiffier produced their first vintage in 2016, in the Bugey region of the French Alps between the peak of the Juras & Mont Blanc. Everything is done by hand, working organically with minimal added sulphur.
