Brood Fermentation 'Pollen' 2023 Chardonnay-Riesling

Made from direct pressed with Chardonnay and Riesling, the wine is barrel fermented in large oak barrels. This cuvee expresses the salinity, acidity, and texture typical of dense Moutere clay soils.

Lauren and Jim collectively worked across the beer, wine, hop, and malt industries for 10+ years and have now landed in the rich fruit basket that is Nelson. They farm their own organic vineyard with biodynamic practices and make minimal intervention wine.
