Vinification : 50 % direct press – 50% 5 weeks maceration
Alcohic Fermentation : dry, under 2g
Fermentation : Indigenous yeasts – low temperature ( under 20°C )
Malolactic fermentation : Yes
Sulfites : No sulfites added
Barrels : oak barrels (10%)

About the Domain:

Set amongst the lush landscape of Mesnay, is the home and vineyards of natural winemaker, Patrice Beguet. 
Drawing inspiration from his love of jazz and the diverse scenery of Jura; his range of wines is electric, textural and complex. 

Patrice left a busy life working in IT, in Paris to return to Jura, where he was born, and pursue his dream of making natural wine. 
He loves this region because whilst it is well known for wine production, the landscape is not dominated by vineyards. 
There are mountains, fields, forests (hardwood and softwood). 
Patrice lives and works amongst this beautiful greenery with his two young children. 

Patrice strongly believes in minimal intervention and healthy living. 

When it comes to organics he says “I will never use any synthetic products. Not for me, my employees, my children, my neighbours or my customers”.
