Named for Giotto Bini’s (Gabrio’s son who’s charged with most of the labour on the farm) dog.

This wine is made of an unlikely grape, Syrah, to find on the wild, windswept island of Pantelleria. A wine of unmatched concentration that hits all those characteristic Syrah notes (smoky black fruit and herbs) with very particularly Bini levels of bright acidity and minerals.
