Wilful White blend 2020, is a lively field blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer. With 12.5% alc., this wine is made with zero additives and preservatives, resulting in a small amount of sediment due to no filtration.

It presents a clear, fresh apple juice colour with a slight touch of sediment. The nose is bright and inviting, featuring aromas of passionfruit, citrus, floral notes, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it’s dry and medium-bodied, showcasing flavours of citrus, passionfruit, thyme, cinnamon, dried apricots, and malt, all leading to a mineral finish. The crisp acidity is balanced with soft phenolics from a touch of skin fermentation, creating a lively and enjoyable wine.

Founded by Nick and Laura, TINCAN is a passion project born from their love of wine. Nick, with nearly 18 years in the industry, focuses on minimal intervention winemaking, using organic practices and hand-picking all fruit. Meanwhile, Laura brings her fun and approachable touch to the brand, aiming to make wine enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
