“A cult classic of the minimal intervention scene” - @LoveTillyDevine
“Utterly frivolous” - Jancis Robinson MW
A pale hazy carrot juice orange colour with explosive aromas of spice, white pepper and cut lime. The bubbles are soft, frothy and foamy with the classic Astro Bunny flavours of peach and nectarine with a smashable watermelon wetness providing great gluggability.
She's fun! Chill down, shake well before opening, serving suggestion: beach or bus, two people, ten minutes.
Wild yeast, no adds, no filtration, no fining, zero sulphur = 100% natural goodness.

About the Domaine:
He prefers analogue to digital, dogs to cats and never ever swirls his wine glass, Tim Wildman from Wildman Wines produces fun and care free wines (as the label suggests).
Tim Wildman became a Master of Wine in 2008 and worked for years as a buyer for the legendary Caves de Pyrene just outside London. He is currently now running his own independent portfolio business which involves James Busby Travel, education in Wine Tutor TV, gonzo wine film making and now, of course, making pétillant naturel wines, and for that we thank you Tim!
