Brice’s Champagne Blanc de Noirs is the fruit of 100% Pinot Noir from grapes grown in the lieux dits “Poteaux” and “Mont Des Tours” in the Grand Cru of Bouzy.

This Champagne vinifies in steel tanks and in 228 L barrels and about 20% vin de réserve is added to the base vintage wine. The malolactic fermentation is not performed as well as no filtration process is done. Refinement in bottle on its own yeasts for more than 2 years. The final dosage remains within the Extra-Brut parameters.

Champagne Blanc de Noirs is intense on the nose and releases aromas of red fruits and compote; the palate is lively, round and balanced with a long finish. Ideal with an aperitif and with fish-based main courses.

Grapes from sustainable farming, natural yeast and low added sulfites.
