Wow that's good! We fell in love with this Cairanne from Clos des Mourres, with (very) heavy Grenache dominance. WE must be said that Grenache, we love it...

Sustained colour, light purple reflections.
Expressive nose in a register of black fruits and sweet spices. Gourmet fruity palate. The whole is round, melted, with a pleasant crunch of fresh fruit.

Wine to taste with braised or simmered meats, pot au feu, beef steak with fleur de sel, small salted lentils, and especially on your convivial dishes that you enjoy eating...

To be served at 15° maximum

About the Domaine:
