Heritage E.P. Brut Nature NV | Champagne BRICE
A refined Champagne blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from the prestigious vineyards of Bouzy, Grauves, Loches sur Ource, and Noé les Mallets. The base wine is made entirely from Perpetual Reserve wines, which adds complexity and depth. Aged for 14 months in both barrels and tanks, this Brut Nature skips malolactic fermentation and spends an additional 3 years maturing on its lees in the bottle.
With zero dosage (0g/L), this cuvée is pure and precise. The "EP" or Elevage Prolongée offers a more sophisticated and gourmet expression of the Heritage line, delivering a tapered texture and vibrant salinity, all while preserving the wine’s generous fruit character.
Serve chilled at 10°C, ideally in an ice bucket with cold water and a few ice cubes. This Champagne pairs beautifully with aperitifs, white meats, and grilled fish.
