Les Greilles 2019 | Causse Marine

Very pleasant aromas of dried flowers, lime blossom, honey. Then in the mouth it is silky and always with a little bitterness on the finish. A white wine to accompany a good meal.

This white wine is from the south west of France and made from Mauzac, Loin de l'oeil, Muscadelle.
Vines grown biodynamically (without certification and it's a choice), indigenous yeasts, no input, natural vinification, slight suffering at bottling.

The estate was created in 1993 by Patrice Lescarret, its vineyard extends over a limestone Causse bordered by a watercourse called Marines. Today there are 12 hectares of vines with very low yield, worked by hand, in a natural way (certified organic and biodynamic, but Patrice has chosen to leave the certification) so that their grape varieties express themselves fully and freely.
