Fresh aromas: delicate creamy citrus, herbal and floral hints. Creamy palate with pastry notes, lemon tart, green apples and ground almonds, balanced by brisk acidity, with gentle bubbles and a crisp, clean finish.
A sophisticated surprise from Spain.
Alta Alella Mirgin Gran Reserva Brut Nature is the expression of freshness as a way of understanding cava. It is the project that the Pujol-Busquets family has in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, in the province of Barcelona.
Certified organic farming is practiced and the grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, seeking the optimum ripening point for each of the varieties in order to obtain a base wine with freshness capable of aging nobly. Strict white winemaking.
After a light pressing to extract the free-run juice, it is fermented separately for each of the varieties. Following the traditional method of winemaking and aged for a minimum of 30 months, the wine is sold after disgorgement with the date of disgorgement on the label.
Available in Bottle (750ml), Magnum (1500ml) and Jeroboam (3L)
