MO 2021 | LA BOHÈME (Patrick Bouju)

Bouju’s wine have been travelling for a long time and we recommend to enjoy them from September 2024 onwards it feel free to grab some now ! 

The organic grapes planted on the hillsides, are purchased from a massale selection in Savoie. Manual harvesting, before 15 days of maceration in whole bunches, and aged in sandstone amphoras for two years, and a year of maturation in the bottle at the estate. 

A beautiful nose of cherries, red plums, white pepper. Tannins are starting to soften, it will ba another dimenison in a couple of years !

No fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
