Bouju’s wine have been travelling for a long time and we recommend to enjoy them from September 2024 onwards it feel free to grab some now !
Just like Justine and Patrick like to say, this is a "super Tour de France"! A blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah, Gamay, Muscat and Merlot from other estates.
The extreme weather conditions of these past vintages forced Patrick to improvise and seek grapes outside his own vineyards, so this multi-terroir cuvée would come to be. Môl means red wine in Gitan/Romani! Destemming, each grape variety is vilified separately, aging in vats, blend before bottling. Zero sulphites added.
A nose of cherry pits, spices, and animal notes... On the palate: purity and depth, fruit-forward, beautiful concentration, and a lovely, long finish... One sip leads inevitably to another!
We love it!
