Known by Good Intentions as their party pinot, the vines of which grow up in volcanic soils over shallow limestone driving saline sharp mineral acidity through the juice. Carbonic maceration for entire fermentation lifts the wine with a light spritz. Fresh, bright and 'tastes like red frogs'. We don't doubt this. Another cracker from GI.
