Pétillant Pop! 2022 - Good Intentions

Direct pressed Semillon, bled off from the Ridiculously White. Fermented in tank and cold settled to drop out solids. Nearing the end of its fermentation they remove the wine from the lees before bottling to finish fermentation in bottle. Lots of careful time goes into rotating bottles untill disgorging (removal of lees plug) to ensure this wine is clean as a whistle!

More than just a Pet Nat this is a clean and fresh sparkling wine.


This wine is so bright and lively with perfectly balanced acidity and fizz that dances in your mouth. In our opinion, it's our best example of sparkling wine yet, but you decide!
