This Pinot Noir is showcasing unique characteristics from the carbonic fermentation and whole-bunch stems. This wine offers a distinctive experience.
It presents a dark, deep ruby-red colour with purple hues. The nose is intense, featuring aromas of juniper, dark fruits like plums, boysenberries, and black currants, complemented by earthy violets, jasmine, and cumin. On the palate, it’s juicy and medium-bodied, with flavours of honey, orange peel, and fresh grapefruit, alongside dry notes of firewood, herbal thyme, and sage, with a hint of Syrah-style spice.
This balanced wine has a lengthy tannin structure from the whole-bunch stems, fresh acidity, and finishes rich and smooth.
This wine is unfined and unfiltred
