Approximately 30% is neutral barrel-fermented with full juice solids, 30% undergoes 28 days on skins, and another 30% is carbonic fermented and pressed to amphora, enhanced by a touch of barrel-fermented Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer.
This wine pours a beautifully light orange-gold and greets you with intense aromas of freshly milled apples, pears, tomatillos, and stone fruit. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, offering a delightful fusion of gooseberries, citrus fruit, quince, herbs, and toasted hazelnuts. With its light phenolic texture and fresh acidity, this lively wine delivers a captivating finish.

Nick, with nearly 18 years in the industry, focuses on minimal intervention winemaking, using organic practices and hand-picking all fruit.
