Super B 2021 | LA BOHÈME (Patrick Bouju)

A Gamay from Beaujolais, massal selection of more than 80-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on soils of granite and blue stone in the Brouilly and Moulin à Vent appellation. Aged in amphorae for 12 months, in order to keep the vintage's freshness. No additives from harvest to bottling. 

A nose of small crushed red fruits, with notes of hazelnuts in their shells, and sweet spices... On the palate: beautiful freshness, a cuvée to share with friends, driven by its fruit flavours and balanced by its lovely acidity.
