2Typically Taras - A deliciously juicy and succulent Adelaide Hills blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache, Gamay, Mourvedre, Fragola, Gewurtztraminer and Chardonnay. Strange it may seem but it works sublimely either on its own or with a wide range of foods. A must try wine!

This Barossa red wine is made by carefully blending nine different grape varieties to make a balanced end product; the fruit is partially co-fermented, with some lots kept separate before being basket pressed to stainless steel, where the wine rests for a few months. 100% de-stemmed but whole-berry Grenache, Gamay, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. A kooky mix that results in light-bodied but aromatic red wine.
